This assignment can be used with or created by your students to elicit student response through questioning techniques, which will be covered in class.
Bring a selected object to class that we may not recognize. Prepare and conduct a 5-minute exercise to motivate the learners to deduce the identity of the object. Submit a one-page summary of your presentation including questions that you plan to ask your peers. Evaluation is made based upon questioning techniques and learners’ reactions as observed in relationship to motivation. Rubric is posted on the class Wiki.
